
MEET ALEX CEBAN
Alex was born and raised in Moldova Republic and migrated to the United States when he was 20 years old. He is a certified personal trainer and has been coaching professionally since 2010. Alex is in charge of developing the coaching staff at Caprǎ and aside from working with clients, he also educates personal trainers by doing seminars and workshops. His training methods emphasize progressive calisthenics. Accordingly, his program design is built on a principle of increasing strength and skill level that results in dramatic improvement in strength.
Alex has spent a significant amount of time on his education. He has attained 15 various personal training certifications and has attended dozens of advanced fitness workshops and seminars with some of the best strength coaches in the world.

PHILLY RATES
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
3 times per week - $70 per session
2 times per week - $75 per session
1 times per week - $80 per session
Available punch cards: 5, 10, 20 or 30 sessions starting at $80 per session
Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks in a month and must be paid in full.

Mobility and Flexibility. Improve your range of motion and joint health with targeted exercises to prevent injuries and promote better movement. Master pistol squats, dragon squats and more.
Gymnastics-Inspired Calisthenics. Master impressive skills like handstand push ups and muscle-ups, develop immense strength and control through working on your front lever, human flag and more.
Full Body Focused Training. Strengthen and tone your core, lower and upper body with specialized workouts to achieve functional and aesthetic results.
