MEET CHASE MILLER

Chace believes fitness is about more than strength. It’s about discipline, resilience, skill, and discovering what your body is capable of. It’s about building the confidence to try things you once thought were impossible, learning to move with control, and finding joy in becoming more capable. Whether it’s mastering a new calisthenics skill, breaking a personal record, or simply feeling better in your own body, Chace believes everyone has the potential to surprise themselves.

His story. Chace’s journey into fitness began with a desire to prove himself. Growing up smaller than most, he was often teased, which fueled an obsession with sports, fitness, and becoming stronger. He started with roller hockey, baseball, and football before discovering rock climbing, mixed martial arts, and parkour. From there, he discovered
CrossFit and functional fitness, eventually developing an obsession with pull-ups that became a defining part of his life. What began as a personal pursuit of strength and resilience grew into a relentless exploration of human potential, culminating in multiple world records and nearly three million pull-ups since 2017. Along the way, he learned that progress isn’t just about how hard you work, but how consistently you show up, how intelligently you train, and how willing you are to keep pushing forward.

His Coaching. Chace specializes in pull-ups, calisthenics, and high-level bodyweight endurance, with a passion for helping people develop strength, body control, and skills they once thought were beyond their reach. His coaching combines encouragement and optimism with an emphasis on proper form, technique, honest effort, and consistent
progress. He believes you should challenge yourself, celebrate your achievements, and always have another goal to chase—but never at the expense of skipping steps or the quality of your training. His goal is to help people discover what they’re capable of while making fitness something they genuinely look forward to, not something they feel obligated to endure.

His Journey. Chace brings years of personal experience across multiple athletic disciplines, three official amateur MMA fights, participation in parkour events, and an extraordinary record of pull-up endurance. His accomplishments include 12,240 strict pull- ups in 24 hours, 40,500 in one month, and 415,000 in one year, along with record-setting weighted pull-up endurance performances using a 40-pound vest over six hours and a 20- pound vest over eight hours. These achievements reflect more than physical endurance; they represent years of consistency, perseverance, and dedication to a single pursuit. Alongside his athletic experience, Chace holds certifications in personal training, nutrition
coaching, and CPR, as well as additional education in advanced cardio programming, home gym design, and business fundamentals. He brings that experience and knowledge to his coaching, meeting people where they are and helping them build toward where they want
to be.

His philosophy. Chace’s coaching style is supportive, upbeat, and encouraging. Known for his happy-go-lucky personality, he believes training should be challenging without losing its joy. He wants people to leave a session feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to
come back. But encouragement doesn’t mean cutting corners. He’ll celebrate your progress while helping you recognize where your technique can improve, because the goal isn’t simply to get a repetition done—it’s to earn it. For Chace, success means helping people surpass their own expectations, take pride in their hard work, set new goals, and
build the discipline and confidence to keep growing long after they’ve achieved their first milestone.

Outside the training. Family comes first for Chace. Chace’s favorite moments are spent with his wife, son, and beloved doggie. Whether they're exploring the outdoors, going on hikes, or simply enjoying time together. He also loves learning about history, visiting museums, and building things with his hands. One of his most meaningful projects is
writing a fantasy novel for his son. Whether he’s training, creating something, or spending time with his family, Chace approaches life with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to keep learning.
Ultimately, Chace wants people to discover that fitness can give them more than a stronger body. It can give them confidence, resilience, a sense of accomplishment, and a healthier, happier, more energized life.

His mission is simple: help people reach goals they once
thought impossible, take pride in who they’re becoming, and find enough joy in the journey to keep setting new goals.
