MEET SLOBODAN LAZIC
Slobodan started calisthenics as a teenager in Serbia, training on street‑workout bars and learning early how much discipline and consistency matter. What began with simple pull‑ups, dips, push‑ups, and eventually muscle‑ups grew into a deep passion for bodyweight strength. Over the years, he progressed from these fundamentals into advanced skills such as the handstand, front lever, planche, and iron cross - movements that taught him patience, control, and respect for long‑term progression.
As his training evolved, he realized that mobility is just as important as strength. Developing flexibility, joint preparation, and full‑range control became essential parts of his practice. Mobility work not only supports advanced skills, but also keeps the body healthy, balanced, and capable of moving with freedom. It’s a foundation he relies on every day.
He helps clients build strength through structured, safe, and personalized programs that match their individual needs. His approach focuses on mastering the fundamentals first, then progressing toward more advanced calisthenics skills with confidence and proper technique. Whether someone is working toward their first pull‑up or aiming for high‑level movements like muscle‑ups, front and back levers, handstands, or handstand push‑ups, he guides them step by step with clear progressions and a strong emphasis on mobility, control, and longevity.

Our Denver studio is conveniently located in Lincoln Park right by Capitol Hill, Cheesman Park, Uptown, Downtown, LoHi, Baker and Jefferson Park. With plenty of free parking and being right off I-25, I-75 and 6th ave freeway for clients traveling from outside city center.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (1:4)
1 times per week - $47 per session
2 times per week - $44 per session
3 times per week - $41 per session
Available punch cards: 5, 10, 20 or 30 sessions starting at $46 per session
Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks in a month
Small group personal training is the most popular way to train at our gyms! You’d train with a maximum of 3 other clients during your session. All of you will have completely different programs tailored to your individual goals, so you’ll never have the same workout program as other clients. During the session your coach will be evenly splitting the time spent with each person to ensure proper form, as well as give their feedback if correction is needed. We will help you find the best group to train with based on your availability and preferences.
Sessions are 55 min long.
TRADITIONAL PERSONAL TRAINING (1:1)
1 times per week - $97 per session
2 times per week - $95 per session
3 times per week - $91 per session
Available punch cards: 5, 10, 20 or 30 sessions starting at $100 per session

1-on-1 sessions are great for clients who require more attention or who simply feel more comfortable training without other people around. This training option offers your trainer’s undivided attention for the whole session. Plus, you guys can chat about how you spent your weekend in between sets!
