NYC RATES


1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING (MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION)

3 times per week - $120 per session

2 times per week - $125 per session

1 times per week - $130 per session

Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks in a month and must be paid in full.

1-on-1 sessions are great for clients who require more attention or who simply feel more comfortable training without other people around. This training option offers our undivided attention for the whole session. Plus, we can chat about how you spent your weekend between sets!

Sessions are 1 hour long.

1 session - $150

5 sessions - $725
($145 per session)

10 sessions - $1400
($140 per session)

20 sessions - $2700
($135 per session)

30 sessions - $3900
($130 per session)

These packages are best for our NYC clients with unpredictable schedule, who may have different training frequency from week to week. Sessions expire in 6 months after purchase.

VIRTUAL SESSION

Don’t live in NYC and still want to do calisthenics with us? Then zoom sessions are the way to go! All you need is a phone camera and good internet connection . Out of state clients are always welcome to work with us!
