SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION)

1 times per week - $47 per session

2 times per week - $44 per session

3 times per week - $41 per session

Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks in a month.

Small group personal training is the most popular way to train at our gyms! You’d train with a maximum of 3 other clients during your session. All of you will have completely different programs tailored to your individual goals, so you’ll never have the same workout program as other clients. During the session your coach will be evenly splitting the time spent with each person to ensure proper form, as well as give their feedback if correction is needed. We will help you find the best group to train with based on your availability and preferences.

Sessions are 55 min long.


1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING (MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION)

2 times per week - $95 per session

3 times per week - $91 per session

1-on-1 sessions are great for clients who require more attention or who simply feel more comfortable training without other people around. This training option offers your trainer’s undivided attention for the whole session. Plus, you guys can chat about how you spent your weekend in between sets!

Punch cards are best for clients with unpredictable schedules who may have different training frequencies from week to week. You can still have reoccurring sessions while using a punch card. Lastly, punch cards are the best option when you considering buying personal training sessions for someone as a gift. Sessions expire 6 months after purchase.

COUPLES TRAINING

If you’d like to train with your significant other, we have a training option for you! You can sign up for personal training sessions just for you two by requesting to do Couples Training when submitting your form. You can find the rates listed here.
